Vidya Murlidhar is a children’s book author, essayist and teacher who lives in Charlotte, NC. The written word has been her sacred anchor, steadying her through the journey of motherhood. It has helped her make sense of the chaos that reigns in her world, both inner and outer. Her essays on motherhood have been published in Mothers Always Write, Chicken Soup For The Soul, Grown and Flown, India Currents, Infinithoughts, Saathee, Life Positive, and Filter Free Parents. Her first children’s book is titled “The Adventures of Grandpa and Ray” and is available on Amazon.com. She is currently working on her second children’s book.
