Guest bio- Lalitha Ravindran Lalitha is the founder of First Forays Literary Agency (www.firstforays.com). She feels she has a karmic relationship with books and stories since she stumbled into publishing after a long and successful corporate career. A chance meeting with an author at a LitFest led her into becoming an agent. She focuses on writers of fiction and non-fiction and also handles book adaptations to films, television and web series.

After she experienced healing from compulsive overeating in her early 30’s, Joy wrote a course for women called Releasity, which helps women break free from emotional overeating.
