Yasmin Angoe Yasmin Angoe is a debut author of the critically acclaimed novel Her Name Is Knight and first-generation Ghanaian American. She is a developmental editor and has worked in education for nearly twenty years. She received the 2020 Eleanor Taylor Bland Award for Emerging Writers of Color from Sisters in Crime and is also a proud member of Crime Writers of Color, and several other literary organizations.
